If you are our Inside Sales Supervisor in Dalian China, you will have a chance to:
1. Supervise a group of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for contacting customers via telephone for the purpose of selling products, services and supplies or demand generation to achieve unit goals and/or Sales Reps responsible for managing inbound calls and orders. Aim to achieve unit revenue and expense objectives within assigned area.
2. Have primary responsibility for supervision and development of first level Inside Sales Supervisors.
3. Assist in the recruiting, training and development of Inside Sales Representatives and first level supervisors. As well as assist in planning Inside Sales strategies.
4. Serve as an escalation point to engage appropriate resources for sales support issue resolution.
5. Responsible for the supervision of activities and resources needed to facilitate the day-to-day efforts of the department and to achieve the business plan.
6. Apply specialized subject matter knowledge to solve moderately complex issues with established guidelines.
7. Work cross-functionally with Inside Sales Managers to assist with business plan development.
8. Be responsible for driving outbound marketing campaigns, installed base initiatives, demo seed unit program, and additional projects as required by sales organizations.
Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
1. University or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Fluently in English in verbal and written.
3. Directly related experience as a supervisor for inside sales, including success in achieving progressively higher quota or other sales related goals.
4. Possess conflict resolution skills and escalation management.
5. Experience in leading a team of Sales, including coaching and training
6. Solid understanding of sales process.
7. Strong presentation and communication skills and Inside Sales skills working directly with customer and cross functional teams.
8. Relevant IT industry experience will be a plus.
