You will have a chance to:

1. Work with marketing team to design and create data led solutions and make key customer and marketing information available to sales, marketing and business owners.

2. Act as a conduit between Media, Data Infrastructure, Data Sciences and Marketing.

3. Support formalization of goal setting and success measurement process for campaigns and digital projects. 

4. Proactively analyze relevant marketing data and campaign performance to identify trends, root causes and implications of results. 

5. Provide actionable quantitative and qualitative insights across marketing efforts .

6. Utilize and help optimize marketing dashboards and data models.

7. Reporting and presentation of data outcomes and recommendations.

8. Support data integrity, data accuracy and testing processes.

9. Work with internal and vendor support teams to report and resolve data/campaign discrepancies. 

10. Be the advocate for data and analytics needs in Market/Country.

 

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:  

1. Experience in business and marketing/sales strategies, analyzing data and identifying insights to optimize and develop campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance, increasing knowledge of our audiences and answering key business questions.

2. Good technical skills and understanding of interpreting data and analysis for solving business problems.

3. Some SQL experience working with large customer and transactional databases.

4. Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills with the ability to manipulate data in Excel.

5. Experience with Data visualization software (e.g. PowerBI, Adobe Analytics).

6. Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop appropriate analytical models and identify incremental revenue margin/ productivity opportunities.

7. Understanding of the importance of data and digital in marketing and the ability to transfer data into actionable insight.  Often reporting in well-written documents and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

8. Good interpersonal and project management skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams.

9. Lead cross-country data-driven actionable planning with high degree of complexity involved in terms of customer or cross-function touchpoints.

10. 2 to 5 years work experience in a similar data analyst role and environment, preferably in a marketing, sales or advertising.

3. 具备一定的数据可视化应用能力,如使用Power BI,及了解类似Adobe Analytics一类的第三方数据应用工具;

4. 懂得数据库技术知识,可应用SQL处理数据库是加分项;

5. 较强的理解数据、分析数据并解决业务问题的能力,了解数字科学在市场营销中的重要性,能够开发分析模型,并产出定量分析报告或结论;

6. 良好的人际关系和项目管理技能,能够与跨职能团队合作,能够带领虚拟团队完成项目目标;

7. 擅长逻辑思考,工作态度积极,责任心强,对数据分析有强烈兴趣,热爱学习;

8. 2-5年数据分析师的工作经验,最好是市场营销部门,或服务于媒体广告公司;

9. 英文听说读写流利,可作为工作语言。
